All the information about layoffs at this place are all wrong. The real number of layoffs is not as big as it was mentioned. Most of the reduction will happen from the operation and marketting. The layoff will happen only to the certain team that already informed and they will first will get a chance to transfer to other team. This is the only right one.

OP doesn't make sense based on the money we need to save. Our marketing and operation costing us $1b? If so, we have way bigger problem..... Please try to post something more concrete to help folks reading the forum to plan and prepare for the difficult time ahead.
