General consensus across the company - Rosica is a used car salesman, a wolf in sheep's clothing as compared to Hernandez but equally evil under the veil and a subtle backstabber. Unevolved, daft individuals here are embracing him as the new leader out of ignorance, desperation and high-schoolish, favored inner-circle treatment extended by him and his immediate disciples but most of us are disheartened that the board is recycling this waste - yet not surprised. It was easy. Hoping his reign is temporary but the BOD, as clueless as they are, will continue to turn a blind eye with this one.
Yep Hawthorne is at fault as much as any one. Agreed, ever since she lead the charge to oust D. Krall it has been a chronic downward spiral for 10 years. Now she is once again in charge of the board. Even with her awful track record, she is a better option than LJH, but that isn’t saying much at all. Hawthorne is well off, its just a part time game for her that puts cash in her pocket. Do a horrible job and the board still gets their payouts. How about their performance is rated and salary based on that. If it was they would all have a lot of money to pay back. Her and Rosica are doing nothing but saying nice, but empty words. “We are an ethical company who does business ethically and with proper conduct”. “We care about our employees”. Pretty rediculois. Roscica has a rep as an unethical tyrant. You had to conduct yourself improperly and unethically to be kept on Louis staff. If you didn’t adhere to his style you were let go. Execs with integrity left on their as they were unwilling to conduct themselves inappropriately
Ms. Hawthorne is hardly batting a thousand. She's proven to be inept and incapable of putting the company on a successful track when it comes to filling the CEO role with rightful talent. Killed off David Krall, appointed Graham Sharp, enter Gary Greenfield and exit GG, enter Satan Hernandez and now the leftovers. The problems at Avid go even deeper, higher up and beyond the Louis show.
Wow, didn't take the Board-of-Directors too long to figure out that this is a truly unstable person. Nice going N.H. and team.
To quote Eddie Murphy/ Trading Places "Champagne for everybody"!
aww shame, he was such a nice guy... Remind me, how many admins did he chew through in his tenure, wonder if that was related.
So who did he diddle?
