I know I am probably begging to get scolded because of my ignorance. I recently retired from GE and while I was going through my exit interview with HR, I signed two forms and really didn't read the fine print. Does anyone have knowledge exactly what these two forms were. I remember hearing the HR rep. say, this is the same form you signed when you hired. Any scolding is deserved.

Form indicating that all devices [laptops, external drive, paper work, etc.] are returned to your manager.
These are the two forms I signed if remember correctly.
