Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Layoff in 2016. current salary 50%+ higher

what's up !

I was one of the untalented individual who got layoff on 2016. Currently my salary is 150K. When i was laid off I was working in hillsboro with 100k salary at Grade 5. I got into qualcomm with 20k hike. Within a year I got promoted again with 20k hike. Currently I am being rehired at intel for 160K at grade 7

How cool is that.

That is the normal procedure for getting past grade 6 - Lounge around in the grade for a few years, leave, then come back 1-2 years later at higher grade :)
