So here are how indians surviving in UHG/OPTUM. most don't have any communication skills but they are managers, directors . Some of these folks would get their work done from remote locations like india by paying them little fees . How you know, its very simple . for instance a lady manager at work with minimum communication skills , can't even speak proper english on a call but the status and email communications sent to higher managers while they send it from home flawless. The husband helps in this instance, beats even a phd in english literature. same is true for other technical work. feel poor for genuine talented victims who loose jobs but not some extraordinary crooks/evil minds who know how to play the system. wish higher ups take notice

Yes, go to the Dept. Of Labor. Going to your manager or Human Resources is a waste of time.
C'mon now they are only just doing the needful.
I totally agree what is being said abt the Indian culture. The company has been infested with Indians who would form like a sort of fraternity unofficially while looking out for each other. This has seriously affected other non politic hardworking folks . But it’s also the fault of dumb a-- white vp folks on the top who easily get played by middle cunning Indian management like directors. This is a company to avoid as ur career would be devastated by inefficient filthy Indians. Report any such instance to dept of labor as it’s totally injustice. Calling her would be waste of time.
I would turn them in. Its against policy to have any non employee touch anything owned by Optum.
It will only get worse
