You are implying that they care. They don’t.
Our C-Level folks aren't smart enough to realize how badly they've screwed this company over or how unhappy they've made everyone. Or perhaps it's delusion rather than ignorance.
They will undoubtedly explain everything away as temporary growing pains for the good of the company, when the truth is that they are grossly incompetent.
I am sure someone does and then it gets all summarized in a nice PowerPoint that nobody looks at
