Top management got their cva bonuses yesterday, where as, we (the field hands and technicians) got nothing for the past 4 years

Bonus no chance
Cannot even get offshore

Why should people have to quit there job
The case is that people are allowed to voice there opinion even in this day and age see when you work hard offshore and doing your bit for Baroid bss it's come to the point know that we are losing work to better leaders in the market.
So why are bss not 1 off the leaders this is why they invested money on thermal cuttings unit that was good at the time but other companies have more advanced units with less costs involved and that's what clients want in the market place.
We forget about the bread and butter part and fail not only on that but also on the tender process so it looks pretty awful when your manager get large salary and let not forget bonus and ask the question what for.
Bss needs a shake up from top

Managers are lining there own pockets as normal see this has never stopped after all the pay offs
Offshore boys uk have been robbed waiting 6 years for pay rise which was piss poor no increase on day rate.
