Have any of you had delays getting your tax refund this year ? I filed online, it has been a month and when I Check on the status in the IRS website, it still says processing .
Iam retired and it is a not a complex return

Hang in there, it will come. iRS is not predictable.
Filed online on Jan 29 this year. Received refund direct deposit on February 9. The one year in the past where there was a delay on my return, I got a letter in the mail from the IRS after about 7 weeks. (Complex paperwork that had to be mailed in that year.) Took until July to get the refund that year. Hopefully you will hear something soon. They are impossible to reach by phone.
Thanks for the response. IRS Mentions in their website that refunds will be deposited within 21 days after your return was accepted, hence my concern. It is very difficult to reach them by phone and I have not received any communication from them , so I guess I will just have to wait
OP, if it has been a month since you filed, it tells me you filed at the end of January or first few days of February. The IRS doesn’t start processing tax returns until very late in February, so you’ll need to relax for a while. You’ll be getting your refund by mid March, in another 2 weeks.
