Benefits are getting a hatchet job starting with 401k, it wouldn't surprise me if they start cutting PTO and switching to high deductible health plans here soon. The executive level is getting filled with people that have worked at First Data, so it wouldn't surprise me if the culture becomes even more toxic. They're also not renewing H1B visas, because of new requirements that would force them to pay more; so, a large chunk of the work force is probably going to disappear, leaving those remaining to pick up the slack. They’ve also switched to a pay-for-performance system, which depends on both the company doing well and your own personal performance to see any kind of raise. If you didn’t already think this place was a horrible place to work, you will now. I’m expecting high turnover and yearly layoffs, First Data style.

Massive sale re-organization. Accounts pulled from product experts and given to sales teams with 0 experience with products or support teams. This company is going down fast. Losing best talent across the board in every department. Absolutely no career advancement or even cost of living increases. If you are smart you will jump ship. This ship is sinking fast! Sound like they are modeling after the new leadership’s failed previous companies.
Are they moving headquarters to Chicago?
Yep FD STYLE
