Story will be all about how poor sears customer service really is.

This is a true story. Several years ago, about 20, I purchased a riding lawn tractor with the biggest engine and mower setup, they had. All totalled, it was just over $3500. So, it gets delivered and, it won't start. I checked everything, the spark plug and wire, gas, battery, etc. I call the store and, of course, they have to schedule a service call. 2 weeks later, the service guy shows up and, the first thing he says is, "why did you buy this piece of sh_t?". Yeah, "Why did you buy this piece of sh_t. Thinking back now, i laugh, thinking it's kind of funny, someone would say that. After buying the best Sears had to offer, at the time, it didn't seem too funny. Anyway, it was only 6 weeks, after 3 service calls, they replaced the tractor. The experience built confidence, in Sears, their people and products. Not only did the best product not work but the 3 different service people couldn't figure out what was wrong with it.
I don't think people need a tv show to tell us what we all know already.
