Got some not so positive feedback from a faang recruiter friend.
Lots of negativity coming from q applicants. If you want to move on then you need to be positivity not negativity.
Remember you are hired not only for skill but demeanor and personality to complement others.
Try and get the same package (Salary, bonus and RSUs + vacation) elsewhere then you’ll suddenly know your worth.
You won’t ! (In most cases) there are indeed exceptions
go spread the QNegativity !
Don’t be a tool if interviewing somewhere. Until you leave Q you still represent us. Don’t blow it for anyone else by acting like a d*ck.
