So the RVP DP has sent out an email saying tomorrow will be employee appreciation day. We get donuts and bagels in the morning and snacks in the afternoon. Is this some way for him to feel better about himself after this next layoff?

EEOC file a complaint, drop a bomb on them. EEOC can compare the rules and etc to see if there were any violations at other locations like the so called ones that OPs was fired for. Fired means to severance no vacation (none earned yet). Someone needs to grow some and challenge BBB or there’s a lot of people going down. DP at work figuring out how to chop the ones he doesn’t like and I’ll bet the OP’s fired was a girl!! I’m sorry for her and the others it’s gett ready to happen too.
So today I get a call from an Operations Manager in the DFW area that they were fired today. Witch hunt and they are looking for any reason to let people go now. This person was OpS for years and was recently starting to get write ups for failure to follow policy and procedures. WATCH OUT PEOPLE!
Kind of like the last Roy d when they decided to have employee appreciation shop. They posted it to the portal the same day as the lay offs and removed it. They put it back in a week lol. The person who did that’s must be the same one who launched the direct deposits lol
This is the same man who thinks pizza on the weekend will boost employee morale. He’s out of touch. Pizza I’m sure is a HUGE boost of morale to dp. He looks like he’s eaten enough of it...
