I seriously cannot believe that they are not at a point in GT&O were associates are safe for a while. I mean they are literally at a 10:1 ratio of contractors/consultants to associates. Who is going to maintain that long term domain knowledge at the company for systems? It is nuts. We lost a few people with 10, 15 years in. They are leaving with knowledge that cannot be reproduced with a process.
