How can Advance Auto be competitive? What will the company do with the tax savings they enjoy?

Working for Advance is a real eye opener when it comes to what they expect for minimum wage. I am not a mechanic yet they demand you to know a lot about cars and install batteries and wiper blades and run diagnostics on cars no matter how bad the weather is outside. ( they do not have a garage or any enclosed area when performing these duties). You can forget any chance for full time employment or benefits as that would be next to impossible since this company runs skeleton crews through out the day using part timers that are mostly undependable. So work any place else but here, you will never make better money unless you go else where.
Home Depot just announced a $1,000 bonus to hourly employees and higher starting wages. Maybe you could get a job there?
If you work for AAP, you are white (or Hispanic) trash as well. Going to WalMart would be a lateral move.
If your going to apply at Walmart then you really are stupid. White trash inbreeds shop there, white trash inbreeds work there. The only thing Walmart is good for is getting pics of freaks and posting them on peopleofwalmart.com.
Maybe AAP could give its employees $2500 stock bonuses like Apple did then!!

They are going to pass it around in the board room among themselves. They sure aren't going to give it to any employees and damn sure ain't nobody going to get a raise. Putting my application in at Walmart!
