How low, how low... First we announce pay hikes and bonuses, and then we close dozens of large stores employing thousands of people. And, do they (the executives in the HO) really think that the public will ignore this - this is massive and will impact MANY communities across the country!

Typical corporate move by billion dollar company. They got millions from the tax bill and layoff and close stores. Corporate does not care about jobs or people. GREED!!!!

Sears Holdings at least has the decency to announce closures 2-3 months prior to the last day even though they're on a one-way ticket to bankruptcy
Does anyone know if the new Sams Club in Longmont, Colorado will be shut down or many layoffs?
This is the worst thing ever. Congratulations to my wife, thanks for all your hard work for the past 11 years! Congratulations on your newborn! We know you need your job to make ends meet! Oh by the way we are closing our doors for good in 15days!!!!!!! I hope that’s enough time for you to find another job! Oh if you can’t afford rent just don’t buy diapers or feed your baby! What ducking scumbags! They could have atleast had the decency to give a better heads up...... its not like your filling for bankruptcy!!
