What are they offering the Ops/AP job??

If your making close to 70k they will
Offer you a position and maybe bump you to 70k maybe even 72k. This is how they get cheap managers! You all have to watch bio dome... don’t think locally think globally! They told the stock holders they are freeing up 300 mill to let the eBay guy make a whole new Macys! Let’s see what the offers come in at.
I'm an apm that makes just shy of $70k. I've been told by 2 ops managers that this new position shouldn't pay you less than $80k. Not sure if they're going to do that but if i'm already almost making $70k I can't imagine taking a job with twice the work for less than I am making now or even to what I am making now. Problem is, they know we need jobs and will probably take it if they low ball us. Decisions decisions....
That is low, only thing I was told is that in AP the hard salary cap was low tol mid 60k. In the OPS the caps are way higher, I know that starting in the Northeast OPS were getting 65k a year, your guess is as good as mine with the combined role now.
