Anyone want to share their experiences with the young and clueless but very cheap replacements for the experienced staff Sean has laid off the past few years?

What is the horrible part is watching extremely competent older workers being walked to the door. Hundreds of years of experience that is gone never to return. And then having to waste all that time bringing the clueless ones up to speed. Or having to explain that their clever idea has been tried multiple times. Didn't work then. Will not work now.
If things are going so well why did Sean and company force me to sell back my company stock in CRISP? Oh I get it!!! Sean and company buy all the stock and THEY make out like bandits while giving us the crumbs off of their table.
Consider your bonus "blood money". ConAgra gives you a bonus while trying to rip off the citizens of California by forcing them to pay for problems that ConAgra caused.

Tell that to those who were thrown to the streets. And also those of us struggling to keep up with the never ending changing priorities of the idiots who run this circus. I consider these bonuses to be a form of bribery. Stay and we will pay you a nice bonus..... until we lay you off with no severance or sell the company to someone else. Please tell me a single company that Sean in his storied past actually stayed with. Nope.. Gut them then sell them. And the past will repeat itself.
Based on the bonuses the last couple of years, I'd argue things are going tremendously well...
You wonder who would be foolish enough to actually want to work for Sean after he decimated the lives of so many people just so his kiddies would not have to move to Omaha.
I've heard they are offering hiring bonuses and high pay to those willing to fill the positions people have willingly left in Omaha.
Their time will come they should remember the phrase "50 is the new 70"
