1) Cap1/Cap2 merger and unloading trucks at 4am-1pm with GM trucks being palletized. 2) Eliminating the Jewelry department. 3) DSD cutting back to 1 person receiving both sides as most direct will come on GM trucks. 4) 1 co-manager per shift (1 on days and 1 on nights, and both of our female ones will flip flop with day one going overnight and night one going to days.)
One of our co's transferred to another store. We have 3 currently with a $120,000,000 store.
Consider them rumors until you see these changes. A previous rumor was spot on with eliminating zone managers. There's different markets, regions, etc.. Walmart runs in multiple countries, so if there are changes in some stores, it may not affect the store you work at.
