Poor Sam's Club employees received no notice of their layoffs yesterday. Many showed up at worked to locked doors with a note on the door explaining the news. Some people received Fed ex packages yesterday with an explanation. I was laid off in the last round at Humana and at least Humana gave us a 2 month notice + severance. There is always someone who is in a worse predicament than you; therefore, I am thankful.

Really doesn't matter if you made metrics or not or whether you loved your job or even of your members loved you .. when it's your time to go.. they will let you know..
Yup, me too! I have had a great experience with Humana. I have not struggled to meet metrics, have had terrific leaders and enjoy the perks of WAH.
AMEN, I know I'll get blasted here, but my experience with Humana has been wonderful with great FLL's. I purchased stock through their 401K that has exceeded all expectations. I have been treated beyond fair and I will miss everyone. I know not everyone has had my experience, but mine at Humana has been then BEST in my long RN career. God Bless everyone.
