We've been stuck in one place for nearly a decade, and we don't seem to be able to move one step forward. We have leadership that doesn't know how to grow this company, they simply let things happen without proper strategy in place. How do they think this will work out is beyond me.
In addition, Riverbed management has no idea how to position the company in the market through marketing. The total ineptness when it comes to raising market awareness is astonishing. We have some good products, but they are not getting promoted.
Maybe if we actually let people know they exist, more people will be interested in them.
