As a former employee of Waco, it sad to see there are more layoffs. It shows that you still have the poor, stupid management running the place. Good people were let go and some who should have been fired in the first place were let go too late. What L3 Waco is doing is timing people walking between buildings, firing people for a time card that was .10 of hour off. Disgusting. Get the worthless management out, don't offer them jobs in Greenville they will infect the mindset there. They are corrupt, dishonest and have no moral compass. All of us good people who were laid off want so much to have L3 grow again and come back to work there. All of our lives have been destroyed and having to move away from Waco because of useless, ignorant management.

have been in the structure business over 30 years. Been gone from Waco site for 6mo. Looking back I can’t believe what a s__t hole I was working in. Didn’t realize how sadly unhappy I was for years. Pure evil. taking pay cut to stay in Waco but will be healthier and happier for sure. My wife said she is glad to have the real me back.
I was with L-3 TW in san diego for 25 years, was let go last year. I found a better job now (6% 401K match) and wished that I should have leaf earlier. So take my advice, don't look back. That place is not worth your missing.
You are much better off without that place than you realize. Yes, it s---s but quietly move on and work on getting your life back in order even if it means relocation. I saw the writing on the wall 5yrs ago and left on my own terms. After seeing the opportunities outside I only regret not leaving that sh--hole sooner. I don't imagine it will be long before it collapses completely and the vampires from Greenville are there to s--- the blood out of anything that is left.
