Has anyone noticed silver sneakers benefit gone?

It’s not gone, it’s only available with certain plans, in certain areas, if they contracted with the providers to do it...MAP took a hit, too...used to be everyone had it, now it’s not a set benefit, that department may also take a hit, due to having less people having that benefit
