Its just one after another after another. I knew a lot of people would quit once they got that money, but this is decimating some teams. Lots more people quitting than I think was expected

And getting your serverance isn’t going to stop someone else from keeping their job...totally different budget lines
They aren't hiring for our positions. Go ahead and apply for the jobs they are posting. Just because they layoff in one department, life goes on in other departments
You are screwing someone else out of a job if you are hanging on for the severance. I plead with you. If you get a job offer you are happy with take it and let another RN keep the Humana job.

heck no....stay and get severance and then go do unemployment...this company cares nothing for its staff. Go look at the F#$#^& website...they are still hiring...how the hell are they doing that and still hiring. Talk about lower then pond scum

I know there are 4 people quitting on my team of 18.
I don’t expect safety. I expect layoffs every quarter until we are gone but just want to get back some of the time I have given Humana
