Moving up the ladder at Toronto Dominion is pretty much unachievable unless you have really good friends at the top. There is an equal amount of favoritism and politics playing a role in who gets promoted, and the rest of us are simply out of luck.
No matter how hard you work, how much extra time and effort you put in, it will make no difference. Promotions will not be given based on expertise. Talk about morale killer.
This is a lousy way to treat employees, and not giving us a chance to grow will cost Toronto its best workers.
