I worked almost 12 years was fired a week before Christmas for job performance although all day long can you help here can you help there , I feel they fired me because I am in my early 50 and I was also a full time employe, I would do anything they asked me switch schedules to work a different position, truly a team player, I’ve seen a lot of crap in the 11 and half years, but I always took care of the members and did my job as well, I never mislead to get a upgrade or credit, I feel so confused, hurt angry, some of the people you work with become family you watch there children and grandchildren grow, I think that’s what hurts the most, members that come in and ask for you by name and become good friends, I walk with a limp now for working there all this time on cement floors bad back and feet issues but I still continued to go in happy and willing to help, you see coaches come and go, there’s 1 in piticuler that should of never became a coach you walk past her and say good morning or hello and she ignores you, but she was the one that they gave the plssure of letting me go, her famous words are process of elimination, I don’t think coaches should be able to treat there employes this way, you see how there are so many that has there favorites, I’m a true believer that everyone should be treated the same, I was told I could reapply after 30 days but they would hold a coaching over your head for a year, they know I have heath issues and been going back and forth to the doc, you cannot even use a doc excuses for a absent, I only had 2 coaching in the time I was there , I’m very concerned for some of the other full time older employees witch there isn’t many but I’ve been told there cutting all full time positions. As we get older we need those benefits heath Ins life Ins dental, some of us older employes Work circles around the younger ones, I feel cheated used and lost my self respect , it’s all about what you can get them well if numbers weren’t great then you were looked down on, I never realized that I was just a number to them, Job performance really the last year it’s been all about the scan and go witch I feel are gonna eliminate a lot of cashiers, i was told to open door it so I go in and talk to the GM haven’t heard back from him, I don’t think I even want to go back and work for that company again to know how heartless they can be, I also tried very hard to masked sure the cold items were put back right awY so we could have a decent sams share well they screwed me out of that too, I’ve never disrespected anyone I was raised that way, although I could of said plenty the day they fired me after having me help clean the break room so they could prepare food, and getting 3 upgrades and 2 credits, here’s your last paycheck your terminated ,I don’t know witch way to turn, 😥😓

What were the previous 2 coaching for ? You have 3 chances with the company they don’t just fire you to fire you .... I would suggest you open door to the cm if you can’t talk to the cm them go to the market mgr . But when doing that you will need to make sure you have ur ducks in a row ....or nothing will change!
