Does anyone know about cuts coming to ap? My reginonal keeps telling me asap to get staff. I never heard this all year. Just trying to see if I need to apply to grad school before i get cut.

@RkNjToQ-1rdo He was believe me I didn't expect that kind of response. I sometimes wonder if they don't see the reality where Sears is heading to at this point. We will see soon if he is so untouchable soon...

@RkNjToQ-bqu I talked to the AP manager and I swear he came all c---y because I told him that hour got dramatically for us this week that is coming. I go on and ask him how about yours he goes "we never get touched we get our set of ours we are a pretty much untouchable" I was like damn man talk about full of himself. I hope they cut AP in my store they are no good and c---y as it gets...

They are going to area AP. Each AP will be responsible for multiple stores. Many will be let go.
A--hole the ap for both kmart and Sears were combined the majority or the kmart ap above store level was canned. Most kmarts have a area ap Manager that is sears. Drain the swamp!!!!!!
Kmart had AP all year, stop trolling.
All the ap needs to be cut. Last year all the Kmart ap people got canned and now we have to deal with the incompetence of the sears ap. Drain the f---ing swamp!!!!
They hire new people at less money so they can let the older (time wise) people who make more money go.
They’ll be next week. If you’re being told to fill it’s probably a good sign you’re not losing hours as we wouldn’t hire somebody to let them go before they even work a day.
