Anyone notice all the coverage issues since when we had beyond and go unlimited launch? Verizon did something to the towers because where my phone used to work, it stopped working in certain spots. Customers come in non stop b--ching as well. Any insight?

Part of the $10b cost reduction. We went from selling the “best network” to “s---ing slightly less than the others” .......some should servicemark that
EISP
I think everyone agrees @1pjj, the “EISP” guy, is an annoying turd.
@jrs, here's an equation you'll be unable to comprehend.
ONE COMPANY - WIRELESS = https://www.thelayoff.com/verizon-communications
ONE COMPANY - WIRELINE = https://www.thelayoff.com/verizon-wireless
I’m glad this became about the EISP. Although, I think everyone agrees the “go to the wireless site” guy is an annoying turd.
EISP.
@jrs, why is your formula dividing wireless by wireline?
Half a million? How can you even retire on that? You'll run out of money. Thats not even a down payment on a house here in the bay area. What a joke. You have no idea how much $$$ wireless management makes.
Your just pissed I get half a million bucks to retire and you don't 😱
Hey wireline put a sock in it.
Go on stike or slide up and down a pole
Go back to your wireless board.
This is where we discuss our EISP.
But but but your commercial with the obnoxious spokesman says Verizon has the best network of all time. How can this be? This can’t be possible!
VERIZON WIRELESS /VERIZON LANDLINE = ONE COMPANY, VERIZON.
Love knowing the salty curmudgeon who keeps bellowing "DO THIS ON THE WIRELESS SITE!!" probably took 15 minutes to hunt and peck a one word sentence. You're like the troll under the bridge in the 3 Billy goats gruff fairy tale. Pretty sad.
Last I heard VZ was harvesting frequencies for use with VoLTE, a old non-VoLTE phone will have less frequencies to use. VoLTE does not do soft handoffs, it is all hard handoffs between sectors and sites. We used to call them leaps of faith when trying to optimize.
Things started to go to $h!t when we moved to VoLTE. Yeah, the calls sound great...but unless you have a strong LTE signal, you'll drop fast.
We have roaming agreements with towers. Some agreements don't allow for unlimited pricing. You, and others that experience degraded signal since unlimited, were roaming on those towers.
Insight = POST DUMB Sh-- LIKE THIS ON THE WIRELESS SITE !!!!
