Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Just because SNP don't have any lay off is not better

SNP is no better, leadership is punitive, we are over worked and have no support. Is horrible in all of HAH.

Yes, she said SNP will not be part of the layoffs.

SNP had rifs and a complete restructuring in 2017, and moved several teams to HCCP. We weren't affected this round for that reason. SNP also had an increase membership whereas other HAH areas did not. Expectation is 5 calls per day, 10% or less chart fails and a lot of compliance pieces (that sometimes change DAILY) that HCCP or other parts of HAH aren’t familiar with.

You apparently missed were she said SNP will not be affected.

SNP is exempt. The speaker said they are in a different department than HAH so the RIF would not affect them.

Please don’t come here to complain about being overworked when there are hundreds of people getting ready to be unemployed. “SNP is no better”... I beg to differ... you at least have guaranteed employment for the foreseeable future.

@RkZlWpp Overworked. Try telling us how many calls you make each day. You are all beyond crybabies and your coaches are ineffective halfwits.

I'm confused. Why do you think snp is exempt? Sounded to me like every department in hah is getting hit hard with cuts. I didn't hear anything that indicated snp was any different? Dis I miss something?
