Power Service and Steam need to focus on the customers if there is any hope of stopping the slide. GE needs more boots on the ground and demonstrate a willingness to actually listen to what customers want. Unfortunately, the products do not sell themselves and we continue to pump out standard proposals from the machine.

As the person to write the post and being legacy Alstom, GE is too internally focused and arrogant. The customer is rarely heard or appreciated. Just last week, PS leadership refers to orders as "entitlements". Sorry folks, this line of thought exists at all levels of the organization. Now be sure to go do your PD and watch recorded presentation videos.
