  1. certification exams are not hard, everyone can do that

  2. traders in my team work significantly less hours than risk. traders hourly pay is still quite high

  3. no traders should take much risk nowadays. traders in bank are quite replaceable

from what i found, traders hourly pay is crazy !

Their first year may be their last! So they have to make do with whatever they get. Performance is everything in this game and most fail

They work long hours and have to get multiple certifications. Why do you think their base pay is too much or is this just some random conclusion?
