Does anyone know if any of the live health PHC’s will be kept and moved to other areas?

I would not count on Humana assisting in finding a new role if they offer to- of the many people I know effected by Humana layoffs only 2 or 3 were accepted into other positions. I really don't know what the thinking is behind it from a corporate stand point, but they seem to layoff and rehire new people instead allowing people to transition.
The care managers in the pilot or demo programs and SNP do not have the title PHC, they have a title of HCC, which used to mean Humana Cares Coordinator. PHCs are only in Live Healthy part of care management services and we are all being eliminated.

I see no reason to be nasty to OP. It’s just a question. I have a few friends on my team who are in denial and it would never occur to me to be nasty with them. The truth s—ks and some are having a hard time with it. Let’s be kind.
Phc arent just in live healthy. Some are in pilot programs and in SNP. So its not a far off question to ask if some will be moved. Gotta love being told pHC would be part of 2.0......

Agreed. All PHC’s will be RIF’d, unfortunately.
Nobody will be moved. You can apply for other jobs but you will not just get moved to a new role. If you are a PHC YOU have to find a new job.
