It's that time again.
Please post here if you hear of layoffs at Dell companies , do you see a pattern of a target age group, gender, ethnicity, skill set, location, etc?
Please help make sure you and others at your company are treated fairly.
There is a long standing belief that Dell companies that diversity of age and gender are not valued so these persons are first the targeted at layoff time. Sure Layoff's happen as a course of business at many companies and yes our world is changing faster than ever- but even Tom Brady says that the older he get's the better he plays- so why would Dell or Dell EMC lay off older workers? Experience = faster time to $$$$$
Layoff is an easy way to avoid HR process.
