Well the 2 year 2% contract expired and there is still zero word from home office HR what or if we are going to get a raise. All they have said is that they are doing something different this year going forth... but no other info

From 1xko. Do a search for Tax Savings Announcement Talking Points on the wire. Under Wage Increase heading you will see talk of annual raise based on review for higher level hourly associates.
I found on the wire yesterday that the raise % will be announced Feb 16th. Levels A & B will be x amount and levels C & D will be given an amount depending on their overall review. Average exceeds or roll model. I'll see if I can find it again tomorrow and post location.
Our ptc has contacted market team and they said there is no word on any raises. My guess we don't get one. Someone should've know something by now
Yes. I am PTC and we have not been given any information on a raise in March.
That is what I’m thinking, that “bonus” is en lieu of raise..
As for your PTC saying March, while technically she is probably right(going off the last two years. She doesn’t know any real facts about this years raise. home office has given ZERO info on it.
Our so called one time bonus is our raise. It's just in a lump sum.
Our PTC told us we would get our raise in March.
