Have they announced reductions for Claims (Directors, OMs, SMs and Secretaries) - if yes, are they providing any severance and how long is this going to take...

Those being kept were offered their current TM, CM, or Secretarial jobs. If you weren’t voluntarily offered your job you have to apply for it. Selection from application pool takes place and those not chosen are terminated. If you don’t want to participate in this horse and pony show you need to take early retirement.
In Newark, OH a Maintenance TM is now a Claims TM. Well......That. Explains. A lot.

Yes, consultants, claim managers and section managers cut by 20%.
TMs are mostly likely next. A lot of tenure and in their 50s. And hubs are not safe. No one is.
Claim and Section Managers are being given a choice of voluntary severance in April 2018, or non-voluntary severance in June 2018 with a reduced package.
