On Co mgr call they said we're 50% through restructure once Cos are done
will continue as long as leadership is listening to consultants and industry change management executives that don’t understand the foundation of the company… the people. You can’t study about this company really because it’s so innovative and is always the topic of MBA classes because people can’t figure out the secret sauce for success. Personally those of us that helped build the company understand all the nuts and bolts = the people. Case closed next capstone study for an MBA?
As far as Modular Development, we were told today was it.
