I have been applying for Co-Manager positions for the last 11 years. I’ve had several interviews, been denied for all kinds of reasons. I think that me not getting a position was God watching over me.
To all of the amazing Co-Managers out there who have worked hard and long hours, sacrificing time with your family to run a business that is going to stab you in the back.... thank you for your dedication! My store is set to loose 2 co-managers, we currently have 4 outstanding people in the co-manager role.
Whichever two we loose will impact this store tremendously. Good luck to everyone!
