Who was in charge of these new division/regional/district alignments? I'd love to have a long talk with them and how this will save the company ANY money? My 3 year old with a crayon could have made better decisions. A-- clowns. Smh. This company Is terrible.

The 9 box was the barometer for determining layoffs. Anyone with any sense can look at that document and realize it is skewed to new, young unproven leaders. They have little value to long term leaders with proven track records. They would rather bet on unproven low paid folks to lead there teams at store level. Looks like early returns are most of the RX district leaders are clueless. They can't even read a P&L. CVS has lost its way. Can they bring back Harvey or Tom. Probably not! Too far gone at this point.
