Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Out of the loop

I have not been on this site since before the Town Hall meeting. At the Town Hall meeting we were told SNP would not be impacted and no more layoffs after the one they were discussing. I felt relieved enough to relax and let myself think things were ok. Now I have heard some rumors that some SNP HCMRN may be impacted and their may a layoff in April. Does anyone have any insight?????

SNP leaders did not do point in time assessments. If they were reducing SNP then they would have.

Until they go to telephonic, then monitored.

The LTIH-4 level of care is ending by 4/1. All of the members currently in LTIH-4 move to LTIH-2. The members still get to keep their IHCM, but only for 2 visits/month instead of 4.

I feel all of HAH is going away.

Live Healthy is closing now. LTIH closing in April

What’s left?

SNP will not be affected at this time. Remember SNP has a different model of care which, at this time is not being touched or restructured.

They also said no more “planned” layoffs in Feb. 2017.

If you think back, you may recall that CG said no more "planned" layoffs and that they never promise anything (😏 yeah, right). I don't think anyone in HAH is in any position of security. Best to plan ahead.
