Walmart property sold?

Anyone know what this means? Never saw a store sell their property. https://www.bizjournals.com/triad/news/2018/01/22/triad-walmart-supercenter-property-sells-for-20-8.amp.html

For perspective, the store I started in was sold in the early 90s and we have signed and re-signed leases for that property and it’s still there and still open and quite prosperous. The store in the article is in Winston-Salem. If you google it, you will find an article with more info in the local paper.

Nothing. This has been a common practice for a long time. We buy, we build, we resell and lease. Been going on forever.
