If there has been any information released on these new policies please post it here. I would like to know when the new policy will start. (10 weeks full pay for mothers and 6 weeks full pay for fathers)

You have to use your pto for this. That is the only way you get paid. If you dfont have enough you can take off with pay. They aren't giving anyone anything just approved to be off longer.
Agreed. Should be unpaid time off or use PTO. It’s unfair to pay some for things others aren’t capable of doing.
