I’m assuming you’re referring to employees that were laid off and in their 50s?
Need to be a little more specific. Do you mean lawsuits for discriminatory or wrongful termination?
We’re a huge company and get sued many times daily by claimants, insureds an employees. That’s to be expected with a company our size.
