Whatever happened to the 1207 building in Tempe? It was supposed to have been sold last year.

It was going to cost too much to get rid of this white elephant. Connected utilities, ancient and constantly failing elevators, export restricted issues and where to move those people, loss of parking lots and new ones needed for the buildings that remained, inadequate street access to the remaining buildings, and the list goes on. It was quietly taken off the table but with the “creative genius” of the current administration I wouldn’t be surprised to see it resurrected.
