We lost there managers today, it was shocking, two of them were OUTSTANDING and one was let's say average leaning towards good... We also have one absolutely horrible manager, horrible in very business sense, disorganized, ambiguous, meek - that manager has been spared. Now, I really do not know what kind of criteria was used when they decided who to eliminate.

News flash! Walmart founded and owns Sam's Club. The Walmart CEO is over the entire company. All of it. Walmart US/International, Sam's Club, eComm, etc. Each division may have some autonomy but at the end of the day they all reports directly to him.
Sounds about right. The good ones always go. If you aren't in a click, you go. This company is going down quick! Wal Mart CEO'S running Sam's now, and they are running us in the ground! 63 clubs this year, another 60 next year. 4 years away and they will have us all closed. Wal Mart stay away. We were running our company just fine!
