I know this is not the case for the entire company, but leadership at my location is downright awful. It can be hard sometimes to hear how in other locations leadership makes sure to run the operation in positive manner that centers around people working there.
Our management uses us as if we are robots, and they couldn't care less if you have a family or not. We are asked to stay past our hours all the time with little to no advance notice. If you have obligations, if they are your child related, they do not care.
In addition, they like to promote only people they like, they do not base it on knowledge or experience. Which makes it impossible to advance in any way.
Again, it s---s being stuck here because I know for a fact how much better it is at other locations. It'd be nice if corporate would take a bit more interest in us and maybe got this bunch in line.
