Anyone know if Glassdoor works? I see a lot of positive reviews, that are NOT possible.
If it truely works, then:
We ALL need to get on it and rip Honeyhell a new one. Not sure it would help or not, but everyone needs to know what they are in for, and how they will be treated.
We have to figure out a way to expose Honeywell’s unethical behavior.
Best advice is to look out for yourself. Quit Honeywell and find something better for yourself. Attempting to create some sort of retribution based mob against Honeywell through posting here seems silly.
Posting on Glassdoor isn't going to help you. No one is coming to rescue you if you're still at Honeywell. You have to help yourself. Crying into your pillow (or on anonymous message boards) while continuing to work there makes you sound like one of those poor abused spouses that sticks around despite getting regular beatings.
YOU own your labor. In a sense everyone works for themselves because you're selling your labor. Fire Honeywell as your customer and move on.
Get the hell out of this company. I finally did after few years of indecisiveness, and it was the BEST career decision I ever made. Other companies have better benefits, RESPECT, and PAY. 3 other former Honeywell victims in my new dept.! You cannot ask for more. Good luck!
