I am next in line.
I’m Paul Smith and I approve of this message. And I haven’t gotten anybody pregnant
This is all Mike Tipsord caring only about Mike Tipsord...all numbers and no heart. Paul Smith would have been the best choice for Rusts’ position. Paul Smith has both the intelligence and heart. He grew up in State Farm and really understands that the Good Neighbor concept begins within our doors. How can you be a Good Neighbor to customers, if you can’t be a Good Neighbor to your employees?
The executives seem to think experienced employees are the problem but NO ONE believes the nonsense being spouted by these dipshits. Work models are designed to talk about, and study, the work while no one is focused on actually performing the work. Customers are shortchanged and employees are more and more frustrated. As the results become worse, the executives continue to employee more stringent versions of the same failed techniques. Whether young or old and whether new or tenured, the good employees continue to exit. So do the desirable customers. Michael Tipsord and his minions are ruining thos once-great company. How far can the current program take State Farm? All the way to the site of the crash. Keep it up, idiots.
And then arose a mighty cheer from the Opressed.
For a great savior, witness to their plights.
Overcome with humanist magnanimity she stirred from the safe embrace of retirement
Straining to push her shield of righteousness
Against the cruel onslaught of The Tower.
And her cry of triumph reverbated in even the top floors of Downtown. The Sepulcher of Meherle split asunder.
And red hot dollar coins of silver fount and flew.
And the righteous statement caused the tormentors to flee and abandon their malevolence.
As it had in the Darkest Days of CDE
So love of good cheer and let your very heart proclaim
“NOBODY DONE NOTHING WRONG!”
I keep hearing about more chops for secretaries and section managers (primarily in BI and Complex).... just what's floating down the grapevine.....
You can never say never, haven't heard anything yet.
What is going on?? Hearing rumors in Dallas about claims layoffs. Fill me I.
“It won’t happen to them” is a foolish thought.
It’s coming. May be a while, but it’s coming.
The MG 4,5,and 6 haven’t even made their decisions on taking severance or hang behind in hopes of getting another job.
Adding MG 3 and MG 2 to be he mix would be detrimental. Too many balls n the air
However, with past decisions made by Corp., it’s probably true
My manager who is an MG3 said that those level managers have already been reorganized and it won't happen to them... I wonder if he knows what he's talking about or not?
