This is getting ridiculous. While I sympathize tremendously with our salaried managers, it’s about time to kill the rumors about hourly changes as well. The higher ups know what they’re going to do; now it’s time to let us know.

Guarantee they do the hourly cuts like they did last year. In April. The managers were in the beginning of the year last year then came the cuts to audit and invoice clerk, claims, ptc and business office was all told your 50/50. In April I’m sure they will be coming to do the rest of the cuts. This makes me sick (literally) stress of possibly not having a job to support my family, while higher people can rest assured they have their positions. Please tell me the importance of the district manager? They don’t do anything for our building, call them about issues, they don’t call you back. And that’s just says I don’t care. So what do they get paid to do. And yet they have assistants. What do they do?????
I know that in just 2 clubs there were 7 coaches and 2 GMs let go
This just goes to show you that managers were never in the loop and had no ideal what was coming. These assistants and club managers are clueless just like the hourly’s it’s ashame that it’s going down like this. They used everyone of these associates and managers got them through the holidays and now they are being discarded. When are we all gonna stand up to these bullies!
No info on hourly changes. Managers have no idea if they are going to have a job.
I hear they are now walking Managers, including the GM, out of certain clubs. This is getting out of control.
To on1: I understand that no one in the clubs knows anything; they’re rightfully concerned about their own jobs. When I say higher ups, I mean market managers and their ilk, all the way up to John and Giselle themselves. Those people have to understand that this uncertainty is leading to high stress in the clubs. The question is, despite proclaiming themselves associate friendly, do they care about the stress they’re causing?
