Know your rights to free speech and protest.

"THE RIGHT TO PROTEST"

The right to protest is a long-standing protection afforded by the U.S. and Texas constitutions. This right is contained both in the freedom of speech and in the freedom to assemble, which protect not only the ability to verbalize protests and engage in symbolic speech such as wearing an armband, but to arrange peaceful marches and protests on certain public lands.

And let it be known, I am an Associate. I work for no Union. Just here looking for a solution or better working conditions like COSTCO has with their Union representation.

What I choose to do with my hard earned pay is totally my freedom of choice. I, unlike you, want to do something about this for all of us. I refuse to lay on the floor curled up in a ball and crying about it and offended because someone is trying to fight for his fellow associates. I never invited you personally to join a Union, I want us to all unite as one company and stand up and fight. Courage is not for everyone. I did not escort managers out of any club nor have I displaced anyone. So you can take your disrespectful words of me being worse than the people throwing out our beloved Managers and longtime friends. I only want to help. If you have a better solution.....the floor is all yours.

I protest you pumping failed labor unions as the answer to the complex issue of corporate downsizing. I'm no company shill; I believe the tactics that the company has employed are terrible and that they seem to have set out to destroy the morale of the remaining associates in the process. However, when you offer people who are in pain the false hope of weathering the storm by giving a dying labor union a portion of their future paychecks, I find your tactics to be equally self-serving and in some ways worse than those of the company.

I choose to exercise my right to protest and I protest you!
