Sell the campus and move to the abandoned Park Estates shopping center in northeast OKC. I bet the campus would make a nice home for a company really worthy of the campus. Erect a monument to AKM.

Yes, the statue would need to be whitewashed to match AKMs entire pasty complexion and white hair. Not to mention his pasty veiny throbber!
