Corporate Trolls will try to tell you this site is bs but guess what? A week ago we were talking about cuts expected today 1/31 and we were right again. Just like they tell you everythings cool no bankruptcy. Mark my words it's coming and coming fast.

Right about today's layoffs and the deep in store cuts last week. My Sears store lost folks exactly in manners that was predicted on here.

It was indeed legit since last week. A lot of people said it was fake, but it did happened lots of firing in the retail and corporate level. Its still an insane number that they cut this year just tells you the company is trying to survive as much as it can towards the end.

Okay yes there was a layoff. The part that wasn't 100% accurate was the 30% of current associates in corporate. That didn't happen today.
Yes, right again. Just scroll through these boards or do some googling and you will see. I got an early warning from someone last week about 1/31. Whoever you are thank you, helped me and my family prepare. These boards usually give a weeks notice to layoffs, a great resource
We all knew it was 1/31 because HR blocked a ton of conf rooms out in Hoffman for the entire day. It was pretty obvious when you see 12 rooms booked all day by 1 HR rep.
